Quick & Easy Potato Cauliflower Casserole
All great change in America begins at the dinner table.Ronald Reagan
We’re so tired when we come home from our jobs, or we spent a whole day with our kids and we need some rest now. Instead of it we’re thinking what to cook for a dinner. Here is the quick and easy recipe you can use tonight. I hope your family will love it and all changes will be good!
Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sesame seeds, chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
In a pot with enough water to cover, boil the potatoes and in another pot boil the cauliflower until tender but still firm. Drain, and set aside. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a medium casserole dish. Arrange the potatoes and cauliflower in the casserole dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, sesame seeds and parsley. Bake 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
C’est tout! =)
