Our Monday Cocktail
As far as a cocktail, I do like good wines, basically with meals, and good champagnes.

I can’t complain – I really like my job. But even for me Monday is the toughest day of the week just because it feels so far away from the weekend. So if you need to relax after your busy day – just try this easy cocktail.
- Fill a white wine glass with ice.
- Pour in white wine.
- Top with Sprite.
I like a proportion of 50/50.
- Garnish with a lime or lemon slice.
