Quick and Easy Recipe Tuna Melt Canape
Instead of finding ways to discourage people from eating seafood, we should be busy finding ways to help everyone eat better. Canned tuna is so healthy and affordable that everyone can easily gain its benefits as part of a healthy diet.

Here is an inexpensive and delicious appetizer that you can cook for your party, dinner or your next gathering to watch baseball game.
Ingredients:
- 1 Can (6 1/2 or 7 ounces) tuna
- 1 French Baguette
- Shredded cheddar cheese, preferably extra sharp
- Butter
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut French bread into slices, then butter each slice (covering the top with a thin layer of butter), put the tuna on each slice; top with cheese. Place everything on a baking sheet. Bake until cheese is melted, 4-5 minutes.
Bon appetit! =)
By the way, every Tuesday we talk about different restaurants where we can find the best lunches. This Tuesday we’re going to make an exception – the restaurant I’m planning to visit doesn’t have lunches on Tuesdays – so let’s go there on Friday. Stay tuned, my dear friends!
