“When you wake up in the morning, Pooh,” said Piglet at last, “what’s the first thing you say to yourself?”
“What’s for breakfast?” said Pooh. “What do you say, Piglet?”
I found an interesting article to read: why we have to eat breakfast every day. “Studies show making breakfast a daily habit can help you lose weight – and keep it off”. I’m not a morning person and a “just five minutes more… just five minutes” story is about me. But it’s really important to eat breakfast – so if you don’t have time at all, just take a croissant with cranberry cheese – and at least you will not be starved by lunch time.
